How It Works

Assessment Timeline

Your journey from assessment to report will start with a 4-hour medical Proactive Health Assessment at our WELL Medical & Health Medical & Longevity Centre in False Creek.

Your assessment day will include:

  • Baseline testing

  • Advanced molecular biomarker testing

  • Physical and metabolic strength testing

  • Diagnostic imaging

Our Radiology and Longevity Health Physician team will then integrate your results, creating your personalized WELL Longevity+ Medical Report. You can expect multiple meetings with our physicians to discuss and deliver your report and results after your assessment day.

Your Report & Results

Your WELL Longevity+ Medical Report guides our recommendations, focusing on disease detection for cancer, cardiac disease, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions.

You’ll also learn about your genetic predispositions, organ health, and potential drug reactions, receiving recommendations for nutrition, exercise, sleep, supplements, and medication.

Additional Precision Medical Testing

After your assessment, our Longevity Care Clinic Medical Team will recommend any additional precision testing depending on your results and medical family history.

Physician’s Note: The Preventative Health Assessments (PHA) and Longevity Medical Programs are not intended to replace the services of your family physician, but rather complement them. Each PHA takes approximately 4-5 hours to complete. A personalized health report (PHR) detailing the results and recommendations will be presented to you after the assessment. We encourage you to share these results with your family physician for continuity of care. We do not arrange any additional testing and/or specialist appointments as part of the medical exam and PHA. If any additional testing or specialist referral is recommended during the PHA, our physicians will discuss the next steps with you in detail so you can make the necessary arrangements through your family physician.
