You’re going to notice some changes when visiting the WELL Health Medical & Longevity Centre in Vancouver over the next few months.
In our continuing commitment to provide state-of-the-art technology and medical excellence for all our clients, we are pleased to announce our offices will be undergoing renovations, starting with our Executive Health and Longevity Assessment offices on the third floor. With the popularity of our Longevity+ assessments and the launch of our new 360° Care+ primary care program, we want to ensure our space can better meet the needs of our team and improve the client experience.
We are fortunate to have ample space in our state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging centre to temporarily relocate our third floor team, ensuring our clients can continue their health and wellness journey in the same building they are accustomed to visiting. Our team in the Diagnostic Imaging area are ready to greet all our guests and guide them as needed.
When Do The Renovations Begin?
Beginning Monday, May 26 through October, all our medical and longevity services will be delivered within our diagnostic centre on the first floor. Just look for the WELL Health Medical & Longevity Centre signage at the main entrance of the building.
What To Expect During Your Visit
For your safety and comfort in navigating the new temporary floor plan, you will also be escorted by one of our WELL team (known as WELLbeings) to and from the Diagnostics treatment rooms. For clients visiting the offices and treatment areas within our Diagnostic Imaging Centre, we will be implementing some new screening questions and protocols for your safety as you travel through the various zones within our space.
During your visit, you may be entering our Diagnostics zone, which requires some advanced Screening questions:
-
Is there any chance you may be pregnant?
-
Have you ever been a metal worker, grinder, or welder?
-
Have you ever had a metallic foreign body in your eye?
Do you have any of the following?
-
Cardiac pacemaker
-
Aneurysm clip
-
Neurostimulator
-
Cochlear implants
-
Tattoos or body piercings
-

-
Other implanted devices or metallic objects in your body?
We like the combination of the investment we are making to both our space and
technology / equipment which shows our commitment to the top medical excellence, state of the art technology, in the most comfortable and caring environment for all their needs.
