Aviation Medical Certificates

In Canada, aviation medical certificates are issued by Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) under the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), Part IV – Personnel Licensing and Training
 
At ReGen, Dr. Bekeris is an approved Civil Aviation Medical Examiner (CAME) — a physician designated by Transport Canada to perform medical examinations for aviation personnel. He is authorized to conduct examinations for Category 1, 2, and 3 medical certificates.

 

What To Expect

In Canada, aviation medical certificates are issued by Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) under the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), Part IV – Personnel Licensing and Training. These certificates are divided into four medical categories, based on the type of licence or permit held.

, Dr. Bekeris, our Civil Aviation Medical Examiner (CAME) is authorized to conduct examinations for Category 1, 2, and 3 medical certificates.

 
Following your medical examination, Dr. Bekeris submits the medical report to Transport Canada’s Regional Aviation Medical Office for final review and certification.
